I hope you enjoy what you see on this site as it brings me great joy to provide authentic and encouraging messages to others. I am a proud wife to my rocket scientist husband, Mark Stole and we have two wonderful kids that keep us busy. I am a daughter, sister, friend, coffee lover, and I believe in hard work. I work full-time during the day as a teacher and at night, I’m working on my writing and am the chaos coordinator at home. I enjoy coloring and reading in my quiet time and I like doing things outdoors with my family. I love Jesus, Dolly Parton, sports movies, and it brings me great joy to encourage others.
Here, you will see information regarding a number of subjects but they will come from my journey, which has shaped who I am. My dreams of owning a small business, of encouraging others through writing, and teaching are coming to fruition with this new adventure. My husband and I got married in 2010. Our daughter is 10 and our son is 6 as of 2023. Our life is busy and entertaining to say the least.
Health/Fitness
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science w/emphasis in Health & Fitness Management and have always valued health and wellness for the body.
Coffee & Dogs
I love coffee and I love my pup, Rusty! I drink it everyday! It gives me energy, makes me smile, makes me want to sing, and gives me the ability to tell myself “I can do this.”
